Either the coffee or the coffee house causes the artists of recent and of old to create and articulate great art. That correlation in itself is fascinating. Even the deranged Van Gogh<\/a>, used Caf\u00e9 Scenes as inspiration. The Earless caf\u00e9 that he painted in his famous Caf\u00e9 Terrace at Night painting<\/a> is now a Mecca for South of France tourists.<\/p>\n

Not so well known as a Caf\u00e9-patron, Gustav Klimt<\/a> is a great example of a European artist that spent many hours on the caf\u00e9 front, sipping on a latte and drawing loosely on his sketch pad \u201cbalanced between his knees.\u201d<\/p>\n
