On her adventures she loves to collect the local stories, myths, and legends and draws creative inspiration from all of them. Their combination of grand scale and passionate emotion instills her art with a sense of connection to the people she meets.<\/p>\n

In order to capture these powerful feelings, she paints broadly and spontaneously. Despite trying numerous media, she has settled on applying oil paints with a palette knife in order to\u00a0 quickly express the vision and emotion she experiences.
