machine generated. Individual artists make these paintings. Brush stroke
by brush stroke these artists duplicate masterpieces that belong in

Does the reproduction look exactly like the original?

overstockArt.com the reproductions are made by hand. We examine the works
that we acquire very carefully. We make sure that our reproductions
contain the same brushstrokes and techniques used by the original
artist. However, since the paintings are made by hand and are not
computer generated there is always a slight variation between the
reproduction and the original. |

Does the reproduction look exactly like the picture on this web page?

pictures on this website are of the paintings that we own. However, you
must take into account that the view of your computer screen can cause a
slight distortion of the colors. Also when we receive more than one
unit of the same painting there is always a small difference between

therefore some variation is always a possibility. |

If I order a painting with a frame would I get the painting framed and ready to hang on my wall?
| YES.
When you order both a frame and a painting we stretch your painting on
stretcher bars. Then we frame the painting and put all the necessary
hardware for you to hang your painting on your wall. |

Can I order my painting unframed?
| Yes
you can. It is your choice if you would like overstockArt.com to frame your
painting or if you would like to order an unframed painting. If you just
order a painting without the frame we would roll the canvas and ship it
to you in a tube. You would save about $40 to $80 buying your painting
framed with us when compared to having your local frame shop frame it. |

What does free stretching mean?
| In
order to have your painting framed it first has to be stretched across
stretcher bars. If you purchase your painting along with a frame,
overstockArt.com will stretch the painting for free. Your local frame shop
will charge you anywhere from $20 to $40 to stretch the oil painting you
just bought. |

How long will I have to wait for my painting?
| Your
painting usually gets shipped to you within 24 hours (on weekdays). If
you choose FedEx Ground as your shipping method, it will arrive within 3
to 5 business days. For custom art and custom size orders time of creation varies, but should be ready by 8 weeks time. |

What precautions are taken to ship the painting safely to the customer?
| Due
to the caliber of the product, we take extra care to ship it to you
safely. If you choose to frame your painting, it is packaged in bubble
wrap and shipped in a double wall box. If you choose not to frame your
painting, it is shipped rolled inside a FedEx tube. |

How much are the shipping charges?
| Shipping
is FREE in the continental U.S. if you choose FedEx Ground as your
shipping option. Other shipping options are FedEx 2 Day and FedEx
Overnight and those charges are displayed when you check out.
International orders are subject to additional shipping charges. |

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship worldwide.
If you are shipping to Canada, just choose the Canada Shipping method from the Shipping options menu during checkout.
overstockArt.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com to fulfill orders for our international customers. If you are an international customer, simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" button. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart.
You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Shipping costs may vary considerably based on four factors:
- Order size & weight
- Destination country
- Shipping preference
- Duties and taxes collected by your government
Note: Framed items cost much more to ship as shipping cost is based on dimensional weight. Consider buying unframed and frame locally for international orders.

What is your Return Policy?
| overstockArt.com has a 45-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your art you are welcome to return it for a full refund of the purchase price (refund does not include shipping, if applicable). We even pay for the shipping back to us for returns made in the continental United States and original packaging retained. The above return policy does not apply to customized orders. There are no returns for special and custom sized orders. This includes down payments and any other fees made at the beginning of the special order process. Please note: Any changes to an item by the customer such as self stretching, self gallery wrapping or self fixing voids the return policy. |

What is your custom art process?
| We provide you an email quote for custom sizes of current items and custom art of special images you upload to us. These hand painted items take 8 weeks with the artist to complete before they are added with the next painting shipment to our facilities. Custom size and art orders require a down payment of half up font for the artist to start work (this is non-refundable) the second half of your total will not be required until the painting is ready to be shipped from us to you. For custom art orders we provide you with an image to approve making you part of the quality control process. That way if you feel something with your painting needs to be addressed it can be done while still with the artist. Custom size and custom art orders can not be returned or exchanged.

How to Make a Return or Exchange?
| It's easy to send us back your return or exchange. Just locate the return info that came in your original package and follow the steps below.
Repack the paintings in the original packaging.Give us a call during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST):
1-866-686-1888 and we will arrange an RMA number for you to place on the
front of the box.
For returns, fill out the return information on the front of
your invoice. For exchanges, fill out the front portion as well, as the
exchange information on the back.
overstockArt.com will provide customers the steps to follow for
printing and placing their return label on the original packaging so
your shipment back to us is FREE.
Send the items back no later then 45 days from the date of purchase shown on the invoice.
Credit or exchange will be given when the package arrives at overstockArt.com facilities. |
