Cracked Frame

The painting is beautiful, and the service is prompt, but the frame is separated a bit on the lower left corner. I've bought three paintings from this site so far, and only this one has been defective. A bit disappointing...

When I first saw this painting in Paris I fell in love with it. I checked around, but was too expensive. I am so pleased -- the detail is great and the frame is perfect. I love it.

The first item I received very quickly, but the second canvas still has not come and according to fedex tracking it has gone to rialto to be delivered to me but instead of delivering it to me it went on to nashville, then came back to rialto and is now sitting in Irvine.
